PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmission module that controls the intensities of light emitted from plural light emission elements so that the intensities of light are more constant.SOLUTION: An optical transmission module 10 includes a package 101, a plurality of light emitting elements 200 for emitting light inside the package 101, a beam splitter 103 for splitting light into transmission light and branch light, plural light receiving elements 300 having light receiving faces to which the branch light is incident inside the package 101, in order to monitor the optical outputs of the plural light emitting elements 200, and a first light shielding film 400 which is provided between the plural light emitting elements 200 and the beam splitter 103 and has plural first holes for making light propagate to the beam splitter 103.
