PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird repelling device for a tank handrail which is mounted to a handrail installed on the periphery of the upper part of a tank and prevents a bird from coming flying and perching on the handrail without obstructing use of the handrail during inspection and repair work of the tank.SOLUTION: A bird repelling device 5 is mounted to a handrail 4 installed to a walkway 3 of a roof, a wind girder, a gauging form and the like on the periphery of the upper part of a tank 1 and is formed by welding fixing brackets 5a to the outer side surface of the handrail 4 at intervals and stretching a wire rope 5b between the upper overhanging parts of the fixing brackets 5a. |
