PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gold-coated silver nano-plate suspension which is stable to freezing.SOLUTION: There is provided suspension containing a gold-coated silver nano-plate and a water-soluble polymer, and having pH of 6 or lower. The gold-coated silver nano-plate carries a specific binding material to a test material, and the suspension is a fused one after being frozen, or a re-constituted one after being frozen and dried.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
