PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal, a radio communications system, a portable terminal control method, and a program, capable of allowing a user carrying the portable terminal to watch content easily while moving from one room to another room.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 capable of operating AV equipment, includes: a threshold value storage part 141 for storing a threshold value of a transmission power level specified in each unit of the AV equipment; a transmission power level acquisition part 120 for acquiring the transmission power level from the AV equipment; and an application control part 151 for activating an operation application to operate the AV equipment when the transmission power level acquired from the AV equipment exceeds the threshold value. |
