<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem as infeasibility of putting water into pumps by the maintenance of a developer or arrangement, etc., of a filter treating device in a machine. SOLUTION: The developing device has the developer 12 including a tank 14 and a recycling device 22 connected to the tank 14 by a feed pipe 26. The first pump 24 surely mounted at the recycling device 22 captures the liquid from the tank at a specified flow rate, treats the captured liquid and makes it possible to return the treated liquid through the return pipe 28 to the tank. The feed pipe has at least one area 36 arranged with first and second water channels 30 and 32 which exist at a place lower than the level of the tank and are arranged parallel. The return pipe has the second pump 34 arranged on the one water channel 30 so as to automatically unprime the first pump 24.</p> |
