PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having image stability, a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus as well as to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in cracking resistance. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on a substrate, the photosensitive layer comprises a charge transport material A having a molecular weight of 300-700 and a charge transport material B having a molecular weight of 1,500-4,000 and a specified structure of formula (1-A) to (1-E).
