PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain and snow gage capable of keeping a stable output in a wide temperature range even in a noisy setting place. SOLUTION: The noise level in the setting place is automatically corrected by a function for compensating a change in dielectric constant by the temperature of a member detecting water and rain/snow and a function compensating the temperature drift of a circuit.
