PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of reducing the number of terminals for external terminals, using effectively the pair of external terminals supplied with reverse-phase input signals. SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit device 10 is provided with the pair of oscillation terminals X0, X1 supplied with the reverse-phase input signals. An oscillation circuit 11 is operated based on reverse-phase oscillation signals, and supplies a system clock to an internal circuit 14 via an inverter circuit 15. A mode detecting circuit 12 detects the supply of same-phase input signals to the respective oscillation terminals X0, X1, and supplies a detection signal CO to a test circuit 13. The test circuit 13 judges setting of a test mode based on the detection signal, and supplies a prescribed test signal to the internal circuit 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
