The circuit board is made from plastic and is flexible, e.g. a foil. There are holes (13) where wires on the foil are connected and other holes (14) where the wire path is broken. The wires are sandwiched between two such foils. The foils are then folded over an insulating piece (4) which is thinner at one end (20). Here the foils are folded back over themselves. The folded unit is then enclosed between lids (9,10), each of which carries a connection plate for bus-bars.
