摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic photoelectric flashing device in which a semiconductor switch and a mechanical switch connected in parallel are equipped, abnormal heat generation of the semiconductor switch is prevented, and large-sizing can be suppressed. SOLUTION: Between an alternate current power supply AC and a load L, a triac TR is connected, and a contact RC of a relay RY is connected in parallel with that triac TR. A temperature detecting element 23 is connected to a control circuit 21, the temperature of the triac TR is detected by this temperature detecting element 23, and the contact RC of the relay RY is made to be turned on when abnormal temperature of the triac TR is detected. As the result, when the triac TR is turned on due to abnormality regardless of operation of the control circuit 21, the control circuit 21 turns on the contact RC of the relay RY based on the temperature of the triac TR detected by the temperature detecting element 23.
