Cosmetic oil-in-water emulsion with a molecular oxygen, comprises a non-volatile oil (greater than 5 wt.%), volatile oil (greater than 4 wt.%) and one or more moisturizer (less than 8 wt.%). ACTIVITY : Dermatological; Antipruritic; Antiinflammatory; Antipsoriatic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
