The cosmetic or dermatological formulation comprises 5-25 vol.%, preferably 10-20 vol.%, particularly 12-17 vol.% of molecular oxygen, and 0.1-5 wt.%, preferably 0.5-2.5 wt.%, particularly 1-2 wt.% of a surface active substance. 0.1-5 wt.%, preferably 0.5-2.5 wt.%, particularly 1-2 wt.% of one or multiple another surface active substances, preferably ultraviolet light absorbing substances are also provided. The former surface active substance is a glucose derivative having general formula (I), and the latter surface active substance having general formula (II). R : branched or unbranched 1-24C alkyl residue; R 1 and R 2H or branched or unbranched 1-24C alkyl residue; R 3, R 4 and R 5H or branched or unbranched, saturated or unsaturated fatty acid with 8-24C, where upto three aliphatic hydrogen atoms are substituted by hydroxyl; and n : 2-8.
