PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call register device for elevator capable of properly explaining a situation to users and guiding them when abnormality is broken out in a group control device or in a communication path with the group control device. SOLUTION: This call register device for elevator comprises a group control device, a plurality of elevator control devices, touch panels respectively provided in landing of each floor of the elevator and having a touch sensor and a display, call register device main bodies respectively provided in landing of each floor of the elevator and having a display control means, a sensor control means and a monitor means, a first communication path connecting the call register device main body to the group control device, and a second communication path connecting the call register device main body to the elevator control device. In the case wherein the monitor means detects that abnormality is broken out in at least any one of the group control device and the first communication path, a preset predetermined image is displayed in the display.
