PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an unnecessary role of a torsion beam as a speaker and an amplifier regarding some noise in which the torsion beam does not emit the noise when twisting elastic deformation is generated on the torsion beam at rolling during the traveling of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The torsion beam 8 extending in the width direction of the vehicle and having ends in a longitudinal direction bonded to a pair of right and left trailing arms 2 is provided. The torsion beam 8 is provided with a plurality of torsion beam members 9, 10 superposed to each other. By an external force given at the traveling of the vehicle, when the torsion beam 8 is subjected to twisting elastic deformation, an elastic material 13 is interposed between both the torsion beam members 9, 10 so that both the torsion beam members 9, 10 are not brought into contact with each other.
