PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capped writing implement of simple structure non-slippery when writing, with an ink residual amount easily visible from the outside. SOLUTION: The capped writing implement is formed by detachably mounting a cap to a transparent or translucent shaft cylinder with a tip member mounted to the tip, wherein the outer wall of the shaft cylinder is formed in non-stepped inclined shape gradually enlarged in diameter toward the tip part from a rear end part, an annular projecting part is formed at the tip of the shaft cylinder, and the annular projecting part of the shaft cylinder is detachably mounted to the inner wall of the cap.
