PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device which illuminates a wider range with sufficient illuminance.SOLUTION: An LED bulb 101 serves as an LED lighting device includes: a light emitting part 200 having one or more LED chips 220; a pedestal 400 on which the light emitting part 200 is mounted; a base 500 having an upper end part and a lower end part and including the pedestal 400 at the upper end part; and a power source part 600 which is disposed enclosed by the base 500 and supplies electric power for causing the light emitting part 200 to emit light. The light emitting part 200 is provided on the pedestal 400 so as to be located above the upper end part of the base 500. The power source part 600 is disposed at a position which does not exceed the upper end part of the base 500 in an upper direction. |
