The present invention relates to an automatic frying apparatus which: is provided with a rectangular body unit, a flat surface unit, and an input manipulation panel; and contains frying oil in an inner space thereof, fries batter Ingredients by receiving an external power source, and forcibly discharges inner oil mist through an outlet by blowing wind through a blower. The frying apparatus of the present invention comprises: a door unit which has n L-shaped curve from a side view, covers the entire surface of the body unit and a part of the flat surface, and hinged with the flat surface by including a hinge unit; a rectangular frying container unit which is formed to be in contact with a lower surface of an inner wall body of the body unit to store oil; a power unit provided in the center of inner wall body surfaces of the body unit; a side surface fixing member including the power unit; a heater unit which is installed to the side surface fixing member, heated by receiving the external power, and installed near the inner lower surface of the frying container; a basket which is provided inside the frying container, disposed adjacent to the inside the rectangular shape of the frying container, and includes handles and ring parts; a saddle which has a pair of parallel bars formed on the inner surface of the body unit, has the basket disposed inside the parallel bars forming a rectangular shape, so that the plurality of ring parts of the basket can be individually hung thereon; a plurality of rotary pulleys provided at left and right upper end portions of the body unit; and a plurality of wires whose one end is individually wound around the pulleys, and the other end is individually connected to both end portions of the saddles, which are parallel to each other. Accordingly, the frying apparatus of the present invention has no risk of splashing oil by having a closed form, thereby being safe; and discharges oil mist to the outside after sufficiently removing the oil mist during a fry process, thereby pleasantly maintaining the indoor air even when being installed indoor. |
