PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame and a medical image diagnostic device which can improve maintenance efficiency.SOLUTION: A frame body 11 mounts a scan mechanism. A front cover 13 is attached on a front upper part of the frame body 11 so as to open/close. An operation apparatus 15 is arranged on a front cover 13 and includes various kinds of switches for allowing a medical worker or worker, etc. to operate various kinds of apparatuses of the frame or a bed. The operation apparatus 15 is arranged at a position allowing the medical worker or worker, etc. to easily operate. The operation apparatus 15 includes: a front operation panel 151; an operation control board 153; and a back operation panel 155. The back operation panel 155 is an operation panel used mainly in an opened state of the front cover 13 and includes various kinds of switches for operating the frame or bed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
