PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator for uniformly dehumidifying air in a low humidity storage chamber without requiring any fan for circulating air in the low humidity storage chamber.SOLUTION: There are provided a low humidity storage chamber 21 that is a space to be defined in a refrigerator chamber and kept at a lower humidity state than that of other spaces in the refrigerator chamber and a dehumidifying device 4 arranged at an upper wall 211 forming the low humidity storage chamber 21. Since the dehumidifying device is installed at the upper wall forming the low humidity storage chamber, convection flow is generated in which air of low humidity that is dehumidified by the dehumidifying device flows toward the lower side in the low humidity storage chamber and at the same time air of high humidity flows toward the upper side of the low humidity storage chamber, it is possible to dehumidify air uniformly in the low humidity storage chamber without requiring any fan for circulating air in the low humidity storage chamber. In addition, the high humidity air is automatically supplied under convection flow to the dehumidifying device and it is possible to keep always the low humidity environment in its stable state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
