PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information processing system configured to acquire a mental state of a user corresponding to life log information, a server system, a biological information processing apparatus, a biological information processing method, and a program.SOLUTION: A biological information processing system 100 includes: a biological information acquisition section 110 which acquires biological information measured by a biological sensor 420; a processing section 130 for estimating mental state information of a user, on the basis of the biological information; and a storage section 150 which stores life log information. The processing section 130 adds the mental state information estimated on the basis of the biological information, to the life log information, as an index.
