PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system for preventing inconvenience due to the use or incoming call sound of a portable telephone in a space requiring stillness such as a movie theater and a theater through the use of only a radio carrier side system without the necessity of a dedicated system or additional function to the portable telephone.SOLUTION: A base station is installed within a closed space where a use of a portable telephone is restricted, and a cover area is limited to the inside of the closed space. After entry to the closed space, a portable telephone is detected with position information registration as a momentum. Then, a power-off of the portable telephone is urged by mail to a user with the portable telephone. Besides, it is determined whether the power of the portable telephone is turned off through a use of a Detach signal to be transmitted in power disconnection processing of the portable telephone. When the power is not turned off, outgoing/incoming restriction is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
