PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system, information providing method and information providing program for integrating information from a plurality of information providers and providing the information to a dealer.SOLUTION: An alert management server 20 includes a control part 21 connected to a market management server 10, a news management server 15 and a user terminal 31, and a display information storage part for recording display information to be provided to the user terminal 31. The control part 21 specifies information to be provided to the user terminal 31 and registers market information acquired from the market management server 10 in a display information storage part 24 in association with a transmission date and time on the basis of a first evaluation method. The control part 21 specifies information to be provided to the user terminal 31, and registers news information acquired from the news management server 15 in the display information storage part 24 in association with a transmission date and time on the basis of a second evaluation method.
