The present invention relates to a surfactant composition, a manufacturing method of same, and an application of same in tertiary oil recovery. The surfactant composition of the present invention comprises a cationic surfactant composition and an anionic-nonionic surfactant composition, which shows obviously improved interfacial activity and stability in comparison with the prior art. With the surfactant composition of the present invention, an oil displacement composition for tertiary oil recovery can be manufactured, wherein the oil displacement composition is improved in the oil displacement efficiency and the oil washing capability in comparison with the prior art. |
