PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomic regulator exhibiting health performance under a mild condition from health oriented point of view.SOLUTION: There is provided an autonomic regulator containing one or more eudesmol consisting of α-eudesmol, β-eudesmol and γ-eudesmol as an active component with the content of the active component of 5 to 100 ppb as total of the content of contained eudesmol.
