PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can be easily used by a user, and moreover, can perform personal identification with high reliability.SOLUTION: Application content display means 8 transmits a received application content to a terminal device 2 to display the application content in the terminal device 2. An applicant operating the terminal device 2 confirms the application content by the display. Further, by an operation of the applicant, a mail address of the applicant is transmitted from the terminal device 2 to a server device 4. Confirmation mail transmission means 12 transmits e-mail including a link to a page for personal authentication to the mail address of the applicant. The applicant accesses the page for the personal authentication from the received e-mail, and inputs the date of birth in the page for the personal authentication. Personal identification means 16 performs the personal identification depending upon whether the date of birth included in the application content coincides with the date of birth received as authentication information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
