A delivery server is provided with: a storage device which manages indicator needle data for each gas meter; a receiving unit which receives indicator needle data of the gas meters from a communication terminal; a calculation unit which calculates gas fees for the current month on the basis of the indicator needle data; a determination unit which verifies the calculated gas fees of the current month and the amounts receivable in gas fees from previous months and determines whether or not a prescribed payment deadline has passed; and a processing unit which, for each gas meter, on the basis of the determination result, gives warning of gas stoppage or instructs gas supply to be stopped. |
