PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutual confirmation support system and a mutual confirmation support method that can support mutual confirmation for medical activities among healthcare workers.SOLUTION: A mutual confirmation support system 10 comprises a management server 30 and a plurality of mobile terminals 40 that are allocated to a plurality of healthcare workers and can communicate with each other and with the management server 30. The management server 30 comprises: a storage unit 32 that has stored worker information on the plurality of healthcare workers; a candidate narrowing-down unit 333 that narrows down candidates who are asked for their mutual confirmation for medical activities from the plurality of healthcare workers on the basis of a mutual confirmation request from the mobile terminal 40 and the worker information; and a candidate notification unit 335 that gives notice of the candidates to the mobile terminals 40 of the people asked for their mutual confirmation among the plurality of healthcare workers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
