The convertible seat-lying furniture comprises of upholstered supports (7,8,9) rigidly laid with overlapping covering hood (BH). There is a mountable fixture profile (10) layered detachably fixed on the rectangular pipe on all three frames (3,4,5). The upholstered supports may comprise a seat cushion (7), a front rear cushion (8), and a back rear cushion (9). All three upholstered supports/cushions may be connected with one another, on neighbouring edges through a seam.
