Grab head for concrete block parcels on conveyor

The grab head device is for use with a conveyor having a feed and a removal station. The block parcels are positioned angled on the conveyor, and the grab head (12) is associated with the removal station. A position measurer (11) is positioned at the removal station (5) to detect the angle of the front block (10) and is connected to a control unit (19). The control unit is formed, so that before the grab jaws (13) engage around a block parcel, it positions the grab head at an angle corresponding to the angle of the front block, relative to the conveyor (3), and neutralizes this angle during repositioning of the block parcel.
