PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery case which can reinforce structure of the battery case itself free from coming off inadvertently at a fitting structure part to which the battery case opens itself. SOLUTION: The battery case in which at least batteries are stored into the inside of a case body covered with an upper and a lower cases in the fitting structure ready to be attached to an electronic equipment, comprises a swelling part formed around an opening periphery of the lower case and a concave part formed around an opening periphery of the upper case fitting with the swelling part.
