FORCED LINE CONNECTOR, EMERGENCY INFORMATION SYSTEM AND FORCED LINE CONNECTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication with a security terminal by calling from a monitor center even when all the B channels of an ISDN line are busy. SOLUTION: When all the B channels are busy, the security terminal is called by a monitor center call-waiting telephone informing mode. A line connector 24 in a store 12 detects call setting of a monitoring center 10 from the caller ID of call setting and when all the B channels are busy, the connector 24 forcedly releases at least one of the B channels. After the forced release, call setting from the security terminal 26 is received and communication with the center 10 is performed.
