PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 180 deg. distributor that is composed of the combination of a line arranged on a main substrate and a line arranged on a small substrate mounted with a flip chip, is easily manufactured and inexpensive and has high reliability. SOLUTION: This 180 deg. distributor consisting of two microstrip lines for input and distribution and a slot line respectively crossing orthogonally with each of the microstrip lines, is provided with the main substrate 200 provided with the two microstrip lines 5 and 6 for input and distribution on the upper surface 3, the small substrate 100 provided with the slot line 4 on the lower surface 1 and electrically connecting means 9 and H for performing flip chip mounting of the small substrate on the main substrate.
