PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional apparatus stand which can install an apparatus like an audio visual apparatus on a table, a shelf, etc., can attach and fix the apparatus to a retaining segment or the like which is protruded from an apparatus rack or a wall body by installation in an upper or lower or perpendicular direction, and can be manufactured with a simple structure at a low cost. SOLUTION: The stand body 1 is formed in a U-shape when viewed from a side surface. Plural fixing screws 3 for fixing the apparatus are attached on the stand body 1, and a screw hole 5 for clamp is bored. When the apparatus is attached and fixed in an upper or lower or perpendicular direction by using the plural fixing screws 3 and installed on the apparatus rack, a wall body, etc., a gap 6 of the stand body 1 is fitted in the retaining segment 13 protruded from the apparatus rack, the wall body, etc., a screw 7 for clamp is screwed in the screw hole 5 for clamp, and the stand body 1 is attached and fitted to the retaining segments 12, 13 of the apparatus rack, the wall body, etc.
