PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing curable coating liquid which is excellent in a film-forming property against a substrate surface and the film formed from which exhibits good characteristics such as a stain-resistant effect and a refractive index-lowering property due to fluorine, and to provide a fluorine-containing curable film and a reflection-reducing material using the fluorine-containing curable film. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing curable coating liquid contains a fluorine-containing compound having a polymerizable double bond and a film-forming property and a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester represented by chemical formula (1) and not having a film-forming property. It is preferred that it contains the fluorine-containing compound as a main component and the fluorine-containing (meth)acrylate represented by chemical formula (1) in an amount of 0.5-30 mass% based on whole solid content of the fluorine-containing curable coating liquid. Wherein in chemical formula (1), X and Y are each either a (meth)acryloyloxy group or hydroxy group and at least one of them is a (meth)acryloyloxy group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
