The proposed method for simulating the dystrophic injury of parodentium consists in intravenously administering a single dose of initiating substance to the experimental animal, then, after 15 minutes after administering the initiating substance, carrying out the analysis of the mucous membrane of the gums of the animal. As the initiating substance, hemolysate of heterogeneous erythrocytes is used.
