A method of making yeast buns includes preparing the buns by means of preliminary kneading a sponge of wheat flour, milk, yeast, sugar, adding the remaining wheat flour, m?lange or eggs, melted margarine or butter after fermenting the sponge and kneading the dough, forming half-finished products as balls and baking thereof. While making the buns, at the stage of kneading the dough the sponge and maize flour, boiled preliminary, are mixed and the algae are added: spirulin (in an amount of 1%) and fucus (in an amount of 1.5%) of the total mass ofthe flour.
