PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device where the + side of a power supply voltage is set as a common potential for obtaining a stable power supply voltage. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device where the + side of a power supply voltage is set as a common potential (VDD) is provided with a power supply circuit (128) for generating a power source to be set as a predetermined voltage (Vreg) at a negative potential side, by using the common potential (VDD) as a reference, wherein a voltage is used as generated between the common potential and the output voltage (Vreg) of the power supply circuit.
