PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device capable of preventing slippage of a relative position of an input shaft and an output shaft from a specified relative position in assembling an assembly integrating the input shaft and the output shaft in a housing and improving working efficiency of assembly. SOLUTION: This power steering device is furnished with the assembly body M integrating the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 12 connected to the input shaft 11 through a torsion bar and a torque sensor 14 to detect steering torque in accordance with torsion quantity of the torsion bar, and a neutral position of the torque sensor 14 is set in correspondence with the specified relative position between the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 12 set on the assembly body M. An engaging part 73 with which a tool 80 to move the assembly body M in the press-fitting direction can be engaged is provided on the output shaft 12 so as to press-fit the assembly body M at an assembling position in the housing 7c.
