PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission control device capable of preventing the corrosion of an emission control case by discharging rain water entering from the outside.SOLUTION: An emission control device 2 is equipped with a plurality of filters 39 and 40 for purifying exhaust gas discharged from an engine 1; and an emission control case 38 composed of a plurality of cases 305, 321, and 332 internally provided with the filters 39 and 40. The emission control device 2 configures a draining mechanism which is provided with draining holes 357 and 360 communicating the inside/outside of the emission control case 38 on the emission control case to discharge water collected in the emission control case 38. A lead valve 364 is provided which shuts off the passage of the exhaust gas to the draining hole 360 on the inside of the emission control case 38. |
