PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive material with improved thermal conductivity and flow property but with less filler content in a convenient method.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a heat conductive material is provided, the method including the steps of: obtaining a composite filler by rotation mixing a thermally-conductive fibrous filler, thermal conductive particles having smaller maximum particle size than the maximum particle size of the thermally-conductive fibrous filler, and a surface preparation agent; and obtaining the heat conductive material by mixing the composite filler and a matrix resin. In the heat conductive material, the maximum particle size of the thermal conductive particles is 50% or smaller with respect to the maximum particle size of the thermally-conductive fibrous filler, the thermally-conductive fibrous filler being carbon fiber, the thermal conductive particles being boron nitride, and the surface preparation agent being acryl resin. |
