PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate for printing, in which a fine image can be accurately formed and high productivity is obtained in a printing method of continuously forming high-definition patterns on a flexible base such as a glass substrate and a plastic film, in particular, a long plastic film with high production efficiency. SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate is a transparent printing plate, which is patterned into an ink-repelling part corresponding to an image pattern part during printing. A printed material is formed by applying an ink liquid film on the printing plate and transferring only the ink applied on the ink-repelling part of the ink liquid film as the image pattern to a substrate to be printed through a step of aligning the printing plate to the print object.
