PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite-proof sheet excellent in persistency of termite resistance. SOLUTION: The termite-proof sheet is composed of a resin composition containing an ethylene-based resin (resin A) having a density of 0.918-0.940 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, a copolymer (resin B) of one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of a carboxylic acid vinyl ester monomer and an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomer with ethylene, and 0.001-0.1 wt.% water-soluble insecticide having a vapor pressure at 20°C of≤1×10<SP>-5</SP>Pa and contains the resin A and the resin B at a mixed ratio of resin A/resin B of (80/20) to (40/60) by weight.
