The present invention provides a roller type punching machine and a roller type punching method, wherein a bender which is arranged outside a main bearing box is used for correcting bump-shaped projections of hot projections on a roller. According to the roller type punching machine, punching machining which is performed by the roller type punching machine is a positioned punching manner, and a bending force is applied on outside of the main bearing box in a direction which is same with the direction of a punching load. For an example, on condition that roller bending generated by a reaction force of material cannot counteract the hot projection on a heating roller when punching machining by means of a pair of heating rollers is performed, and the roller shape formed by the hot projection is corrected through adjusting the load generated by a mechanism which applies the loads on a bent bearing box that is configured outside the main bearing box. |
