PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope guiding tube device of which the shape is changed passively in accordance with change in the shape of an insertion unit of a flexible endoscope and which can accurately and stably maintain the stereoscopic shape, which is light and easy to use and of which the diameter is easily reduced and which therefore is easily inserted from a mouth together with the insertion unit of the flexible endoscope. SOLUTION: At least three bending portions 11, 12 and 13 each of which the shape can be freely changed passively in accordance with the change in the shape of the insertion unit 51 of the flexible endoscope 50 inserted into an endoscope guiding channel 4 are serially provided, and the tip ends of a bending shape holding wires 15 for holding the shape are connected to the tip ends of the respective bending portions 11, 12 and 13. The proximal ends of the respective bending shape holding wires 15 are arranged to be freely moved forward and backward in an axial direction in an operation unit 2, and the operation unit 2 is provided with wire locking operation units 22 and 27 capable of freely fixing and unfixing the proximal ends of all the bending shape holding wires 15 together.
