PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thresher which prevents the increase in the scattering of tailings due to the excessive opening of a dust-conveying guide, changes the initial opening degree of the dust-conveying guide in response to a material to be threshed, and makes proper a speed for conveying the treated material. SOLUTION: This thresher wherein a dust-conveying guide 15 for adjusting a speed for conveying a treated material is disposed on the inside of a threshing chamber 10; the dust-conveying guide 15 can be rotated on its end side as a support to change the opening degree of a route for flowing the treated material; the dust-conveying guide 15 is kept at an initial opening degree with the energizing force of a spring 17; and the dust-conveying guide 15 is escape-rotated against the energizing force of the spring 17, is characterized by disposing a frame member 16 for controlling the maximum opening degree of the dust-conveying guide 15 in the escape-rotation direction, and an opening-setting lever 18 for setting the initial opening degree of the dust-conveying guide 15, wherein the opening-setting lever 18 changes only the initial opening degree of the dust-conveying guide 15 without changing the maximum opening degree of the dust-conveying guide 15.
