PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position trace data processing device capable of creating and updating a map by exchanging data through radio communication between moving vehicles.SOLUTION: A position trace data processing device includes: a position detection unit 20 that detects the position on the earth of a mobile body 1 on which the device is mounted, and outputs positional data; a storage unit 60 that stores position trace data including a plurality of pieces of positional data; a communication unit 80 that receives primary position trace data on another mobile body 2 or the like from the other mobile body 2; and a control unit 40 that has a function to store primary position trace data on the mobile body 1 in the storage unit 60 on the basis of the positional data output from the position detection unit 20, a function to store secondary position trace data based on the primary position trace data received from the other mobile body 2 by the communication unit 80 in the storage unit 60, and a function to generate notification data on the basis of the secondary position trace data stored in the storage unit 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
