PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical adhesive resin composition excellent in transparency, having sufficient adhesiveness to a plastic front plate and a touch panel, an impact absorption property necessary for protection of an image display device, flexibility and handleability necessary during manufacturing an image display device with the plastic front plate and suitable for the image display device, and an optical adhesive sheet using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an optical adhesive resin composition 32 containing (A) a (meth)acrylate polymer and (B) a (meth)acrylate monomer, where the (meth)acrylate polymer has am amide group. There is further provided the optical adhesive resin composition 32 having (C) a crosslinking material having two or more polymerizable unsaturated bonds and a polymerization initiator. There is provided a composition 32 containing (A) of 10 to 60 mass%, (B) of 39.9 to 89.9 mass%, (C) of 0.01 to 30 mass% and (D) of 0.01 to 5 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of (A), (B) and (C).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
