PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine capable of saving power while suppressing an increase in a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The slot machine includes a flow passage changeover solenoid 30 that changes, in an unenergized state (off), a flow-down passage of tokens thrown in from the outside, into a discharge-side passage of the tokens to be discharged to a token putout hole 9 and, in an energized state (on), into a loading-side passage for loading a hopper tank 34a with the tokens. The slot machine controls the flow passage changeover solenoid 30 into an energized state (on) in a state where throwing in of tokens is possible, and controls the flow passage changeover solenoid 30 into the unenergized state (off) in a state where the throwing in of tokens is impossible. However, when a predetermined power-saving condition is established in the token throwing-in possible state, the slot machine controls the flow passage changeover solenoid 30 into the unenergized state (off), and subsequently, when operation of one of a MAXBET switch 6, a start switch 7, and stop switches 8L, 8C, and 8R is detected, controls the flow passage changeover solenoid 30 into the energized state (on) again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
