PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which prevents a corrugate tube from being crushed by a fixing member being attached thereto, and to provide a seal structure using the grommet.SOLUTION: A grommet has a cylindrical body part 11 which fits on an end part of an exterior component P having relatively high rigidity of a wire harness W. An inner peripheral surface of the body part 11 is formed as a first seal surface 13 which may adhere to an outer peripheral surface of the exterior component P. An outer peripheral surface of the body part 11 is formed as a second seal surface 14 which may adhere to an inner peripheral surface of an end part of a corrugate tube 20 attached to an outer side of the body part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
