PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device capable of stably detecting an anode rotating speed of the X-ray tube device.SOLUTION: An anode 14 includes: a target for emitting X-rays; a rotary member which is rotated together with the target; and a fixing member which rotatably holds the rotary member. A permanent magnet 52 is included in a part of the rotary member. In the outside of an envelope 16, a detector 51 for detecting the passage of magnetic flux is disposed at a position through which the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 52 passes in accordance with rotation of the rotary member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
